I need to check my forums more often, or maybe I should have waited 5 more months to continue this thread's trend of March posts.

I had both Explosive Gas and A Touch of War ported to my new engine, so Android/iOS/Blackberry/etc.  But I never really polished them off, and it would take quite a bit of polish.  The touchscreen controls are nowhere near as precise without the DS's stylus/buttons.  Also, Android has some serious players in the RTS genre, hard to compete, unlike the DS.

You can check out one of my other Android games instead: The Depths

And SpriteAttack, if you see this and ever feel like diving back into pixelmode, I'll definitely take you up on it.  You did a lot of awesome work for this project back in the day.

It would be nice to see the game finished and ported to Android and iOS... I would even be tempted to go back into pixelmode and finish / add to the existing art.

Heya there!

I was wondering if there maybe will be an port for Android soon too?
Right now I'm playing it on an DS emulator for Android, works great too of course but it still isn't the same feeling as on the real hardware Smiley

Anyway, maybe Android would be the better choice too. And if you haven't any time, maybe an Kickstarter project will help? Wink

Greetings,
Stefan K. (EpicLPer)
